Cute and colorful Bnb by the ocean!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and the property was located in a secluded and quiet place, perfect place to relax. If you don't have a car, it's probably going to be inconvenient because there's not a lot of shop/restaurants around and the closest 7-11 is about 10 minutes away by driving. There is a nice view of the ocean from the window, but there is no beach access from the property. You can walk towards the ocean but it's rocky and possibly dangerous. Breakfast was okay, quite filling but do not expect a western style breakfast...the coffee was pretty good and you can get free refills! As for service, they were polite but nothing exceptional. The owner spoke some English and they let us check in earlier than usual.

The bathroom had a slow-flowing drain. Even though we stayed there for 3 nights, no daily cleaning service was offered (maybe they'll do it if you ask).

a clean nice house with friendly owner. they provide free instant noddles which is very kind and thoughtful.

it’s near the sea but can’t watch the sea view while in bed or inside the room. it’s a pity also due to couldn’t get down to the beach in front of it. Need to pay by cash btw, i’m not sure if it’s written on the description but i hope to know it in advance!

Comfortable stay in a great location with beautiful sea views

Breakfast was excellent - beautifully cooked vegetables in a delicious sesame sauce. Good coffee too. Location was great for us - good sea and mountain views, outside of Taitung within 15 min drive of town centre.

Scooter rental would be a good option to offer guests. The coastline has lovely villages to visit but you need a car or scooter to do it.

Good location

It is a very quiet and private location. The room and balcony is absolutely CLEAN! Need to take a taxi (200NT) or bus (hourly) to get there. Great view of the ocean but not for walking to the waterfront (too rocky and dangerous). If you are looking for a quiet rest and some food for breakfast (the original Airbnb experience), this is a perfect place. The host is a novice so don't expect automatic service for everything, like tidying room. The host is very very nice and will respond to requests gladly. Good value for seaview room.

Not able to walk to the ocean. Only one road-side noodle shop available (5mins walk). Best if you have your own transport to explore and get food. The breakfast looks very nice but it is mostly cold, maybe it is the culture. You may want to go down early to have it when it is just off the grill.
